Commuting sucks the life out of you. We’ve been in transition since April of this year with our journey from Philly to the Twin Cities. Selling the house in Philly was painful but the market is what it is. Buying in the neighborhood we wanted was equally painful because the market was baffelingly strong only where we were looking. I now have a house we immediately ripped the downstairs out and will hopefully finish all of the major renovations by mid January. It will be nice to be settled and relearn how to live in a different place.
