		<description><![CDATA[Way to go, data man! On Tuesday I will complete my third session of toning classes that meet 3 times a week. I&#039;m beginning to see results; the weight is only down about 5 pounds (another 5 would be nice). But, I see results in my arms, abs, calves, and hips. Plus, when I use my stationary bike, my recovery time has improved. My goal for summer is a daily class at Heart &amp; Soul. If mom can do it...so you Boo!]]></description>
