That’s when I head to the State Park and ride the normally soft sugar sand trails. After a tropical downpour their hard-packed and fast! Plus the waves get “glassy” during a rain. The grass turns deep green, steam off the pavement, I could go on and on about rain!

I am not a phone person. There is just enough immediacy to prevent long contemplation and thought processes (and editing), unlike writing (including writing email). Yet there is no face-to-face contact with the other person, so there is a bit of distance as well. Just my random thoughts on your random thoughts.
