2/8/10 – week 2
Brian’s update: Week 2 of training complete. Ran 15.6 miles. Biked 27.7 miles. Swam 5100m. Long ride pushed off until tomorrow so bike miles are low. 2/1/2010 – success week 1
Susan’s update: 4.7 miles Monday. 6.1miles Thursday, 9.2 miles Saturday = 20 mi at an average pace of 8:24. I lifted today (upper body) to complete my goal for the week.
